This renovation of two tired 1970’s townhouses was completed in less than a year, and involved the
complete refurbishment of the two townhouses side-by-side, at the same time. A new 3rd level was added to each home, as well as a pool in
each back yard, which required underpinning the neighbour’s property behind.
Access was difficult, requiring storing materials and bins in the garages, and leaving them to last. Holes were cut in the walls between the
townhouses to allow access between the two for the majority of the project.
High end finishes, custom built joinery in every room, and Alucobond cladding are features of this most successful of projects.
